- •3\. Patients undergoing elective craniotomy for neurological tumours in lateral position
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients refusal for study
- •2\. Patients with cardio respiratory disorders
- •3\. Patients who are intubated prior
- •4\. Pregnant patients
- •5\. Re do craniotomies
- •6\. Emergency craniotomies
