Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients undergoing high risk gastroenterology surgery with one of the following criteria
- •a.ASA 2 or above
- •b.Patients with a history of IHD, Ejection fraction less than 30 percent, Heart Failure
- •c.Expected blood loss more than 500 ml
- •Age above 18 years
- •Need for insertion of arterial catheter for management
Exclusion Criteria
- •Transplant surgery
- •Lack of consent
