Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients undergoing high risk gastroenterology surgery with one of the following criteria
  • •a.ASA 2 or above
  • •b.Patients with a history of IHD, Ejection fraction less than 30 percent, Heart Failure
  • •c.Expected blood loss more than 500 ml
  • •Age above 18 years
  • •Need for insertion of arterial catheter for management

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Transplant surgery
  • •Lack of consent
