Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients giving consent to participate in the study
  • 2\.Patients undergoing elective craniotomy for posterior cranial fossa lesions
  • 3\.ASA physical status I ,II

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients refusal for consent.
  • 2\.Patients age group \<18 years and \>65 years
  • 3\.Patients with cardiac and respiratory disorders
  • 4\.Patients who are intubated prior
  • 5\.Pregnant patients
  • 6\.Re do craniotomies
  • 7\.Emergency craniotomies
