- •1.Patients giving consent to participate in the study
- •2.Patients undergoing elective craniotomy for posterior cranial fossa lesions
- •3.ASA physical status I ,II
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Patients refusal for consent.
- •2.Patients age group <18 years and >65 years
- •3.Patients with cardiac and respiratory disorders
- •4.Patients who are intubated prior
- •5.Pregnant patients
- •6.Re do craniotomies
- •7.Emergency craniotomies
