Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients giving consent to participate in the study
- •2\.Patients undergoing elective craniotomy for posterior cranial fossa lesions
- •3\.ASA physical status I ,II
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients refusal for consent.
- •2\.Patients age group \<18 years and \>65 years
- •3\.Patients with cardiac and respiratory disorders
- •4\.Patients who are intubated prior
- •5\.Pregnant patients
- •6\.Re do craniotomies
- •7\.Emergency craniotomies
