Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients giving consent to participate in the study
  • •2\.Patients undergoing elective craniotomy for posterior cranial fossa lesions
  • •3\.ASA physical status I ,II

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients refusal for consent.
  • •2\.Patients age group \<18 years and \>65 years
  • •3\.Patients with cardiac and respiratory disorders
  • •4\.Patients who are intubated prior
  • •5\.Pregnant patients
  • •6\.Re do craniotomies
  • •7\.Emergency craniotomies
