Inclusion Criteria

To evaluate the efficacy of three treatment modalities - Occlutab , Phakic IOL and conventional ocular - patching in the patients of high myopic anisometropia and isometropia between the age of 10-23 years of both sexes.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Amblyopic patients of less than 10 and more than 23 years of age.

2. Amblyopic patients with hypermetropia.

3. Any history of ocular trauma, glaucoma.

4. Patients having Endothelial chamber depth of less than 2.8 mm.

5. Unstable refractive error.
