Inclusion Criteria

• All patients undergoing ERCP.

Exclusion Criteria

• Age less than 18 years, pregnant women, patients unable to provide informed concent, prior surgery causing a significant change in the anatomy of the papilla (Billroth II or Roux-en-Y)
