Inclusion Criteria
Being a substance abuser according to Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition criteria
Absence of severe mental disorders
having a minimum education of primary school level
Willingness to participate in the study
Age between 15 to 50 years
Exclusion Criteria
Absences of more than two sessions
unwillingness to continue participating in research

Name Time Method Alexithymia score in Toronto alexithymia scale. Timepoint: Evaluation of alexithymia (before intervention), 42 days after intervention (post-test) . Method of measurement: Toronto Alexithymia scale (TAS-20).;Emotion regulation score in the cognitive emotional regulation questionnaire. Timepoint: Evaluation of emotional regulation (before intervention), 42 days after intervention (post-test). Method of measurement: Cognitive emotional regulation questionnaire developed by Garnowski.;Psychological capital score in the Luthans psychological capital questionnaire. Timepoint: Evaluation of Psychological capital (before intervention), 42 days after intervention (post-test). Method of measurement: Psychological capital questionnaire 24 developed by Luthans.
