1. Sarcopenia defined by Asian Working Group on Sarcopenia, 2. Low muscle strength of less than 28kg for male and less than 18kg for female, 3. Low physical performance, 4. Low appendicular skeletal muscle mass of less than 7.0 kg/m2 for male and female at bioelectrical impedance analyser, 5. Diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis
1. Individuals at hormonal or steroid therapy or bone restoration medications, with history of surgery in the last 6 months, lack of cognition below 25 score at mini-mental state examination, hypo and hyperparathyroidism
