Inclusion Criteria

•geriatric patients at the Orbis Medical Centre.
•\- patients that fit the CBO guidelines for having a cognitive disorder.

Exclusion Criteria

•\- patient can not be instructed because of the level of cognitive functioning.
•\- decreased motor function because of an amputation, fracture, arthritis or a paralysis.
