Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)disease: Elderly healthy people and dementia patients
- •Dementia patients must be diagnosed with probable Alzheimer's disease according to the NIA\-AA Alzheimer's disease diagnostic criteria.
- •In the MMSE test, dementia patients should have a score of 23 or less, and the healthy group should have a score of 28 or more.
- •2\)others: For patients with dementia, written consent must be obtained from a substitute other than the person himself (Do not exclude the acquisition of consent from the dementia patient).
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Diabetes
- •2\)During cancer disease treatment, less than 5 years after the end of cancer treatment
- •3\)Thyroid disease
- •4\)Infectious diseases (AIDS, hepatitis B, hepatitis C)
- •5\)Fever at the time of blood collection
- •6\)Chronic subdural hematoma
- •7\)Normal pressure hydrocephalus
- •8\)During hemodialysis (or doctors say the need for hemodialysis soon future)
- •10\)During home oxygen therapy
- •11\)Smoking within the last 12 months
