1.Recreational athletes of both genders aged 18-25 with a history of at least one significant ankle sprain.
2.Recreational athletes exercise >4 hours/week for pleasure, fitness
3.history of previously injured ankle or giving away
1. A history of past surgeries on musculoskeletal structures, such as bones, joint structures
2. A history of a fracture in either lower limb of the extremity requiring realignment.
3.Any disorder affecting balance, with the participant still receiving ankle physical therapy treatment.
