入选标准
- •1)Age : 3 to 12 years
- •2)ASA Patients: I andII
- •3)Gender : Male and Female
- •4)Surgery: Elective surgery under GA, expected duration > 30 minutes
排除标准
- •1)Parents not willing for consent
- •2)Patients having known allergy to muscle relaxants
- •3)Patients with airway problems suggestive of difficult intubation
- •4)More than two attempts of laryngoscopy
- •5)Patients with neuromuscular diseases like myasthenia and myopathies
- •6)Patients receiving medications that interfere with neuromuscular blockade like
- •phenytoin, valproate,carbamazepine, ethosuximide,lamotrigine,leveteracetam
- •7)Patients with disorder of cardiovascular, respiratory hepatic or renal systems
