入选标准
- •Patients of ASA Status I-II with Mouth opening <3cm and are planned to undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia with naso-tracheal intubation
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal
- •2.Mouth opening < 1.5 cm
- •3.Thyromental distance < 6cm
- •4.Severe obesity (BMI > 35kg/m2)
- •5.Limited neck movement / C spine pathology
- •6.Neck mass
- •7.Patients with nasal polyps, turbinate hypertrophy
- •8.Patients with mandibular fracture where mouth opening increases to more than 3cm after induction of anesthesia
