Age at least 15 years
Able to communicate in Thai
Able to take oral medication
No chronic diseases

Exclusion Criteria

History of allergy to drugs or herbal components of Thatbunjob
Pregnant and breastfeeding women
Recent febrile illnesses
Use of PPI, antisecretory
Use of NSAIDs, anticoagulants
Regular cigarette or alcohol use
