- •Patients of age 18-65 years .
- •2. Patients of Congestive cardiac failure stage B and C according to American college of cardiology and American heart association guidelines.
- •B- Patients having structural changes â?? Left ventricular hypertrophy , Reduced Ejection fraction but no symptoms.
- •C- Patients with structural changes and symptoms

- •1.Patients having acute cardiac ischemia.
- •2.Patients with grade 4 CCF..
- •3.Patients having arrhythmias.
- •4.Patients having any hemodynamic instability due to any cause
