- >=18 years
- Tumors of the buccal mucosa
- Histologically proven squamous cell carcinoma
- Whole tumor can be visualized by ultrasound
- Surgical removal under general anesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

- Tumor is located in the retromolar areas
