1. Improve related medical examinations. The test results are in line with the diagnostic criteria for depression in the American Mental Disorder Classification and Diagnostic Standards; 2. The duration of cognitive impairment exceeds 3 months;
3. The vital signs are stable and the stroke recovery period;
4. the first new onset stroke;
5. Patients with mild or moderate depression;
6. HAMD score before treatment was more than 20 points.
1. Have a history of depression;
2. Have the dysfunction in important organs such as heart, liver, spleen, lung, and kidney;
3. Serious suicidal tendency;
4. Patients with primary psychosis;
5. Patients with deafness, malignant tumors, and Reject acupuncture.
