Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Single renal pelvic and upper ureteric calculus.
  • •2\. Stone size 10\-20 mm.
  • •3\. Stones of density between 750\-1000 HU on CT.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Pregnancy
  • •2\. Bleeding and Coagulation disorders.
  • •3\. Deranged kidney function test.
  • •4\. Untreated urinary tract infections.
  • •5\. Cardiac diseases.
  • •6\. Uncontrolled hypertension.
  • •7\. Distal ureteric obstruction.
