Inclusion Criteria

1. Single renal pelvic and upper ureteric calculus.

2. Stone size 10-20 mm.

3. Stones of density between 750-1000 HU on CT.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Pregnancy

2. Bleeding and Coagulation disorders.

3. Deranged kidney function test.

4. Untreated urinary tract infections.

5. Cardiac diseases.

6. Uncontrolled hypertension.

7. Distal ureteric obstruction.

Primary Outcome Measures

1. Number of sessions required for stone fragmentation. (Fragmentation would be defined as all visible stone fragments less than 5 mm size on USG KUB and Xray KUB.Timepoint: Fragmentation will be evaluated(using X-ray KUB and USG KUB) on 14th day after every session of ESWL. Interval between 2 session is 14 days.Maximum 6 sessions will be given

Stone clearance rate (Stone clearance would be defined as no residual fragment or residual fragments with size less than 10% of initial total stone size on NCCT KUB.Timepoint: Stone clearance will be evaluated(using X-ray KUB and USG KUB) on 14th day after every session of ESWL. Interval between 2 session is 14 days.Maximum 6 sessions will be given
