Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with STEMI presenting within 24 hours and undergoing primary percutaneous intervention (PCI)
- •2\. Age more than 18 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Previous ischemic heart disease (IHD)
- •2\. History of Percutaneous coronary intervention
- •3\. History of coronary artery bypass graft surgery
- •4\. Significant valvular heart disease
- •5\. Pregnant women
- •6\. Malignancy
- •7\. Chronic kidney disease
- •8\. Retro viral disease
- •9\. Terminal illness
- •10\. Patients who did not give consent.
