•1\. Patients/ relatives refusal to be included in study
•2\. Severe uncontrolled hypertension
•3\. Contraindications for putting TEE probe such as history of swallowing difficulty,coagulopathy,oesophageal surgery,stricture or lesions.
•4\. Patients with stunned myocardium/ valvular heart diseases / Coronary artery disease/ significant arrhythmias/Left ventricular dysfunction
•5\. Patients with end organ dysfunction including renal and hepatic disorders
