Inclusion Criteria
1. All cases of FNAC/core biopsy proven primary parotid carcinomas planned for total conservative parotidectomy or radical parotidectomy
2. Patient giving consent to participate in study.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient who is not willing to participate in
the study
2. Patient is unfit for surgery under general
anesthesia
3. Severe claustrophobia.
4. H/o anaphylactoid reactions with intravenous contrast for MRI
5. Benign salivary gland tumors
