Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients 18-65 years of age

2.Patients with ASA I-II

3.All patients undergoing Neuro surgical procedures under general anaesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

1.Non consenting Patients.

2.Emergency neuro surgical procedures for intracranial bleed or extradural, subdural bleed.

3.Neuro surgical procedures with final head position being in neutral position.

4.Patients with pre-existing pathological eye conditions like optic neuritis

5.Patients with history of ophthalmic surgery

6.History of ocular injury

7.History of ocular disease.

8.Open globe injuries.

9.Patients undergoing cranioplasty surgeries.

10.Patients with cerebral space occupying lesion causing a midline shift of more than 5 mm on CT head.

Primary Outcome Measures

To correlate the change in ONSD with change in Head position.Timepoint: ONSD measured 10 minutes after oro trachea intubation(O1) <br/ ><br>ONSD measured after head positioning using head pins (O2)

To correlate the emergence time from anaesthesia with neck angle and ONSDTimepoint: Time measured from point of stopping all the anaestehtic agents to eyeopening of the patient.
