Inclusion Criteria
patients of both sexes, between 55 and 70 years old
age, with Alback grade IV or V primary knee osteoarthrosis and candidates for
primary total cemented knee arthroplasty.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with uncontrolled systemic arterial hypertension were excluded,
chronic heart disease, decompensated diabetes mellitus, evidence of infection
articular, patients with congenital or acquired coagulopathies, chronic use of
oral anticoagulants and corticosteroids, carriers of malignant neoplasms and
autoimmune diseases, smoking history and revision surgery cases.
