Inclusion Criteria

1.Age Between 20 - 60 years

2.Either Sex

3.Patient with Raised Uric Acid level/ Abnormal CRP & ESR.

4.Pain associated with swelling in the joints

Arthritis of 3 or more joints, Having pain with soft tissue swelling or joint effusion/ Symmetric Arthritis

5.Tenderness in the affected joints or stiffness

6.Arthritis of smaller joints, Metatarsal joints( Podagra)

7.Redness or Burning sensation

Exclusion Criteria

1.Age Less than 20 years and more than 60 years.

2.Patients who are unable to walk without support/ completely bedridden.

3.Patients on Prolonged medications â??Corticosteroids/ Antidepressant

Patients who develop secondary complications.

4.Poorly controlled Hypertension/ Diabetes Mellitus.

5.Other Arthritis such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Tubercular Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Arthritis with malignancy, Psoriatic Arthritis, Osteo-myelitis

6.Gouty Arthritis with severe complications

History of Cardiac problem/ Cardiac Failure, Hepatic Disorder, Drug abuser/ Alcoholic, Pulmonary Tuberculosis, Pregnant Women/ lactating women.

7.History of Hypersensitivity to any of the trial drugs or their ingredients.
