1.Age between 18 to 60 years,
2.Either sex,
3.Psoriasis associated with arthritic symptoms. 4.History of Psoriasis,
5.Morning stiffness/ Stiffness of Joints,
Arthritis of Three or more joints/ Arthritis of smaller joints/ Spondylitis.
6.Anyone of these symptoms- Silvery scaling, circular patches, Itching/ nail changes.
7.Any one of these Positive signs- Kobenerâ??s phenomenon, Candle grease sign and Auspitâ??z sign.
1.Age less than 18 years and above 60 years,
2.Patients having other debilitating disease / Unable to walk without support/ severe structural deformity.
3.Patients on Steroids Medicines.
4.Patients who develop secondary complication e.g. pleuro- pericardial disease, severely damaged joint with bed ridden patients.
5.Other Arthritis like Gout, Osteo-arthritis, Tubercular arthritis, Rheumatic Fever, Gonorrheal arthritis/ syphilitic arthritis, Arthritis with malignancy, Acute pyogenic arthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Osteomyelitis, Ankylosing spondylitis,
6.Patients with poorly controlled Hypertension/ Diabetes Mellitus/ Hepatic disorder/ Alcoholic/ Drug Abuser.
7.Having Cardiac disease/ Failure, Pulmonary Tuberculosis, Pregnant women/ lactating women etc.
