patients attending the emergency department in 2019 (01.01.2019-31.12.2019), insured at health insurance Techniker Krankenkasse (TK),
Age at least 18 years, signed informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

Age less than 18 years, no TK policy holders, no informed consent
