Subjects with high-grade AV block or CHB, SSS, Chronotropic incompetence reason,
without any significant CAD or structural heart disease scheduled to undergo dual or
single chamber ventricular pacemaker implantation.
And
ï?· Subjects aged 18 years or older.
1.Subjects preferably indicated for an Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator or Cardiac
Resynchronization Therapy.
2.Significant ischemic heart disease/ Dilated cardiomyopathy/ Valvular heart disease with
lesion >moderate in severity/ congenital heart disease / Genetic abnormality
3. Prior open cardiac surgery
4.Previously implanted a pacemaker or cardioverter defibrillator.
5. Subjects having significant arrhythmia or on antiarrhythmic drug therapy within the last
six months prior to enrollment.
6.Pregnant women or person who may become pregnant during the time-scale of the study
