- •(1) ≧20 years old with upper abdominal surgery
- •(2) American Society of Anesthesiologists; ASA) ≥II
- •(3) Body Mass Index; BMI ≥25
- •(4) Able to follow exercise protocol
- •(5) No history of mental illness.
- •(6) No serious complications
排除标准
- •(1) Received upper abdominal surgery
- •(2 High risk of exercise contraindications(eg: severe cardiac or cardiovascular disease)
- •(3) American Society of Anesthesiologists; ASA) V
- •(4) Severe organ failure
- •(5) Enrolled in studies involving exercise training
