Level of knowledge, attitude and clinical practice towards rehabilitation in heart diseases among physiotherapists in India

Brief Summary

The aim of the study is to determine the current levels of knowledge, attitude and practice towards cardiac rehabilitation among physiotherapists. The subjects for the study will be identified based on the inclusion criteria and their consent will be taken through email after obtaining their email ids from Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP) website with the consent of the association. Following this, a self developed questionnaire will be sent to them through Google Forms and response will be awaited. In case of no response a reminder will be sent after 2 weeks. A second reminder will be sent after 1 week. After a month of no response, subjects will be taken as non respondents. After completion of the study, the email ids of the participants will be discarded. The data will be analyzed subsequently.

Inclusion Criteria

Physiotherapists with a minimum of one year of working experience in a cardiac rehabilitation setting in NABH or NABL or MCI recognized hospitals.
