入选标准
- •Patients who have histologically confirmed diffuse gastric cancer.
- •Patients meeting Hereditary Diffuse Gastric Cancer genetic testing criteria of 2020 International Gastric Cancer Linkage Consortium
排除标准
- •Gastric cancer other than diffuse type
- •Remnant gastric cancer
- •Recurred gastric cancer
- •History of previous gastrectomy
- •History of any malignancy within recent 5 years (Except for Lobular breast cancer)
- •Presence of severe comorbidity (e.g. cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency) or coagulopathy
- •Pregnant or lactating women
- •Presence of psychiatric disorder that may preclude compliance
- •Patients who cannot understand informed consent
