1. Bilateral primary knee osteoarthritis- grade 3/4
2. Coronal plane deformity <20 Degree
3. ASA grade- 1/2
4. Age <70 years
Exclusion Criteria
1. Previous history of DVT, CVA, CAD, CKD, CLD, TIA
2. Coronal plane deformity >20 degree
3. ASA grade >2
4. Age >70 years
5. BMI >40
