Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Intervention 1
- •(1\) Older adults living alone
- •(2\) Diagnosed with hypertension by a physician and are taking more than one antihypertensive drug (including those who have other chronic diseases along with hypertension)
- •(3\) Smartphone owner
- •(4\) Inexperienced smartphone user who uses smartphone for only phone call and has little experience of interactive communication using social network services such as KakaoTalk, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, blog, etc.
- •(5\) The Mini\-Mental State Examination score above or equal to 24
- •(6\) Able to read and write Korean
- •2\. Intervention 2
- •(1\) Older adults living alone
- •(2\) Diagnosed with two or more chronic diseases by a physician and are taking more than one drug
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Have been diagnosed with mood disorders or cognitive impairment by a physician
- •(2\) Who are currently participating in a similar education program or have a plan to participate in a similar program within the intervention period
