Inclusion Criteria

Participants had to aged 18â€65 years, had ASA I or II category, having able to read and willingness to participate, have no intolerance and/or allergy to the ingredients of the drugs to be used in the study. The patients had to have maxillary teeth to be either root canal or restorative treatment

Exclusion Criteria

None of the patients had used sedative analgesics and anxiety medications for the 12 hours prior to the study and there were no pregnant or breastfeeding women.
