Patients categorised under American Society of Anaesthesiologist I or II
Exclusion Criteria
History of allergy to Paracetamol, Dexmedetomidine
BMI <18 or >30
Patients categorised under American Society of Anaesthesiologist III and above
Patients with coagulopathy
