A study to assess the efficacy of holistic nursing intervention on drug adherence, CD4 count, viral load, depression and functional well being among people living with HIV/AIDS at ART centre, District Government Hospital, Bagalkot

This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of holistic nursing intervention on drug adherence, CD4 count, viral load, depression and functional wellbeing among people living with HIV. A true experimental pre test post test control group design will be used. Eligible participants will be randomly allocated into experimental and control groups. The experimental group will receive holistic nursing intervention for 30 days, while the control group will receive standard care. Outcomes will be assessed at baseline, immediate post intervention, and follow up at 60, 90 and 180 days.
