Inclusion Criteria
- Tracheal intubation under general anesthesia
- Young and middle-aged patients aged 18-65 years
- BMI: 18.5-28kg /m2
Exclusion Criteria
- head and facial trauma, infection, disease
- more than 2 kinds of coronary heart disease, hypertension, stroke, diabetes, immune disease and other diseases before surgery
