Inclusion Criteria
1. Aged 18 to79 years
2, ASA I-III grade
3. Patients who planned to undergo elective lower limb fracture surgery
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with severe immune system diseases
2, long-term use of analgesic drugs
3. Preoperative psychiatric history and long-term drug use history
4. Severe heart, liver, kidney and lung diseases
5. Patients with other fractures requiring combined surgery
6. Coagulation dysfunction
7, do not agree to be selected or do not agree with the interviewer
