Inclusion Criteria
•Adult patients undergoing single level OLIF or TLIF elective procedure in the Orthopaedics theatre
•ASA I and II patients
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients having either preoperative thigh pain or hip flexion deformity
2.Previous anterior surgery or posterior surgery
3.Multiple level OLIF or TLIF
4.Preoperative hemoglobin less than 8 gram percent
