Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patients undergoing single level OLIF or TLIF elective procedure in the Orthopaedics theatre
- •ASA I and II patients
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients having either preoperative thigh pain or hip flexion deformity
- •2\.Previous anterior surgery or posterior surgery
- •3\.Multiple level OLIF or TLIF
- •4\.Preoperative hemoglobin less than 8 gram percent
