Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Adult patients undergoing single level OLIF or TLIF elective procedure in the Orthopaedics theatre
  • ASA I and II patients

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients having either preoperative thigh pain or hip flexion deformity
  • 2\.Previous anterior surgery or posterior surgery
  • 3\.Multiple level OLIF or TLIF
  • 4\.Preoperative hemoglobin less than 8 gram percent
