Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •American Association of Anesthesiologists Systemic Status Classification 1,2 patients over 40 years of age with hypertension who visit Eunpyeong St. Mary's Hospital and undergo surgery under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •i. Patients who are expected to have a difficult airway
- •ii. lung and pleural diseases
- •iii. upper respiratory tract infection
- •iv. Hemodynamically unstable patients
- •v. patients with elevated intracranial pressure
- •vi. Patients whose electrocardiogram is not in normal sinus rhythm on preoperative examination
- •vii. Unstable angina, left ventricular ejection fraction \< 40%
- •viii. serious vascular disease
- •ix. cerebrovascular stenosis
