Diagnosed patients of mild and moderate cannabis and/or opioid use disorder as per DSM V criteria.
Patients having intact mental health capacity (as per section 4, Mental healthcare act, 2017) and are willing to quit.
Patients having severe cannabis and/or opioid withdrawals symptoms
Patients with history of multiple relapses
Patients with other substance dependency like, alcohol, cocaine, amphetamine type stimulants, sedatives, and inhalants .except nicotine
Patients with pre-diagnosed co-morbid psychiatric illness like schizophrenia, bipolar depression.
Patients presenting with medical emergencies such as intoxication, poisoning, hypertensive encephalopathy, hyperkalemia, severe dehydration.
Pre-diagnosed cases of low glomerular filtration rate, raised total serum bilirubin levels, malignancies.
Pregnant and lactating women

Name Time Method Change in symptomatology to be assessed with the help of Cannabis Withdrawal Scale & Clinical Opiate Withdrawal ScaleTimepoint: Patient will be examined on daily basis for first 7 days & at the end of 2nd, 3rd, and 4th week
