Inclusion Criteria
Patients having ASA(American society of anaesthesiology) physical status I,II and III of either gender.
Patients posted for below knee surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient who will not given written informed consent.
Patients with known hypersensitivity to study drugs.
Patients with altered coagulation profile, h/o psychological or neurological disorder.
Patients converted to general anaesthesia due to uneffectiveness of study drugs
