- •Patients having ASA(American society of anaesthesiology) physical status I,II and III of either gender.
- •Patients posted for below knee surgeries.
排除标准
- •Patient who will not given written informed consent.
- •Patients with known hypersensitivity to study drugs.
- •Patients with altered coagulation profile, h/o psychological or neurological disorder.
- •Patients converted to general anaesthesia due to uneffectiveness of study drugs
