入选标准
- •Old MI ( >2 months and < 2 years) with LV dysfunction.
- •New York Heart Association classes I and II.
- •Ejection fraction between 30% and 50%.
- •Male and Female patients.
- •Patients aged between 30 and 65 yrs.
- •Patients with basic English knowledge.
- •Patients in and around Bangalore.
排除标准
- •Patients with severe ventricular dysfunction (ejection fraction < 30%).
- •Unstable cardiac symptoms like angina.
- •Change in medication within the preceding month.
- •Recurrent ischemia.
- •Concurrent pulmonary disease like COPD.
- •Uncontrolled arrhythmia.
- •Sever musculoskeletal disease like osteoarthritis restraining the patient to perform yoga .
- •Hypertension (a systolic blood pressure of >160 mm Hg or a diastolic blood pressure of >100 mm Hg).
- •Valvular heart disease.
- •Patients with hematologic, renal, or hepatic dysfunction.
