Old MI ( >2 months and < 2 years) with LV dysfunction.
New York Heart Association classes I and II.
Ejection fraction between 30% and 50%.
Male and Female patients.
Patients aged between 30 and 65 yrs.
Patients with basic English knowledge.
Patients in and around Bangalore.
Patients with severe ventricular dysfunction (ejection fraction < 30%).
Unstable cardiac symptoms like angina.
Change in medication within the preceding month.
Recurrent ischemia.
Concurrent pulmonary disease like COPD.
Uncontrolled arrhythmia.
Sever musculoskeletal disease like osteoarthritis restraining the patient to perform yoga .
Hypertension (a systolic blood pressure of >160 mm Hg or a diastolic blood pressure of >100 mm Hg).
Valvular heart disease.
Patients with hematologic, renal, or hepatic dysfunction.

Name Time Method Cardiac function. LVEF and Fractional shortening. <br/ ><br>Lipid profile. <br/ ><br>Quality of Life. <br/ ><br>Anxiety and Depression.Timepoint: Baseline readings of all parameters will be taken at the commencement of intervention. <br/ ><br>Interim reading will be taken at 3 months. <br/ ><br>Final reading will be taken at 6 months from the commencement date. <br/ ><br>
