1. The subjects who met the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and TCM cold dampness obstruction syndrome criteria;
2. Subjects with Kellgren & Lawrence grade I - III;
3. The subjects who had not received knee surgery had not received treatment in the past month or had undergone at least two weeks of washout after treatment;
4. The patients who know the treatment plan have good compliance and sign the informed consent.
1. Patients with knee ulceration, infection and skin allergy;
2. Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases (such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, severe heart failure, etc.), lung diseases (such as pulmonary insufficiency, etc.), liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases, etc;
3. Patients with joint disease, such as psoriasis, syphilitic neuropathy, brown yellow disease, metabolic bone disease, acute trauma, etc;
4. Other patients with non degenerative knee arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis and gouty arthritis;
5. Pregnant, lactating or insane patients.
