Inclusion Criteria
)Critically ill children between the age of 1 month to 18 years admitted to PICU.
2) PICU stay more than 24 hours.
Exclusion Criteria
. Refusal of consent.
2.Admission for scheduled procedures normally cared for in a PICU
3.PICU stay less than 24 hours.
4. Patients with Haematological disorders
5. Recent blood transfusion within last 7 days
