- •Patients of the University Hospital of Geriatrics and the Centre for Geriatric Traumatology,
- •Cognitive impairment (dementia and/or delirium)
排除标准
- •Patients of other units, who are treated on other wards;
- •patients <65 years of age;
- •patients without cognitive impairment;
- •Patients with cognitive impairments who refuse to participate in the study after having been asked twice;
- •Patients with cognitive disabilities whose legal guardian or health care proxy refuses to participate in the study
