1.Alopecia Areata (AA) patients aged 12â??45 years
2.AA of scalp with a Severity of Alopecia Tool (SALT) score of S1
3.Patients having 03 or less patches
4.Consent to be part of the study, photograph & regular follow up
1.History of side effects to Bimatoprost, Mometasone or Tacrolimus.
2.Patients treated earlier within 3 months of the study
3.Patients with any evidence of atrophy in the lesions
4.Patients with alopecia totalis, alopecia universalis or ophiasis pattern of AA
5.Patients with history of spontaneous hair re-growth
6.Pregnant or lactating patients
