Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with age more than 18 years with AKI due to tropical diseases
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients who are known case of chronic kidney disease on maintenance hemodialysis.
- •2\. Immunocompromised individuals or patients who are an immunosuppressive therapy
- •3\. Pregnant women
- •4\. Patients with known malignancy
- •5\.Cases were etiology not identified are excluded from the study.
