Inclusion Criteria
- •\- Age between 21 and 65 years;Additional inclusion criterion for meditators:
- •\- To be able to experience the 3C state and to switch between the 3C state and a \*normal\* relaxed state.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Psychiatric disorders currently or in the past
- •\- Neurological disorders currently or in the past;Additional exclusion criterion for control participants:
- •\- Experience with meditation
