入选标准
- •INCLUSION CRITERIA
- •1.Age >60years
- •2.Major depressive disorder according to DSM-5(single or recurrent episodes)
- •3.Willing to give Consent
- •4.Serum vitamin B12 level â??187-350pg/ml
- •5.Hindi Mental Status Examination > 24
排除标准
- •1. Not willing to give consent
- •2. Patient taking MAO inhibitors.
- •3. History of allergy to escitalopram
- •4. History of active suicidal ideation and psychotic symptoms
- •5. History of substance use except tobacco
- •6.History of stroke or neurodegenerative disorders.
- •7. Uncooperative for assessment
- •8. Patients taking Antidepressant in last 15 days at point of entry in study.
